Good app, but needs improvements and more releases

This is a good note taking/diary/journal app. It is the application I am using now, for it has an interesting set of features. But there are some needed improvements that prevent me from giving more than 3 stars.
First, there is a known bug with the tag system. Second, since Feb. 2011 no updates are made available. I wonder if the development is still ongoing or if the app will not be supported anymore.
